- How do I pick the right tier?
- Pick by your annual donation volume — Starter for $50K–$250K, Growth for $250K–$1M, Scale for $1M–$3M. We size you up if your fundraising grows past the bracket; we never size you down without you asking.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans cancel at the renewal date. We don't believe in lock-in for a category that's still earning trust.
- What's founder pricing?
- The first 25 customers in each tier lock in a discounted annual rate (saves $4–$26/mo vs. the standard annual price) for as long as they stay subscribed — the rate never increases. Available on annual billing only.
- What if my organization has more than one platform?
- That's the point of Growth and Scale. Neon, MadinaApps, MyMasjidHub, MOHID, and custom CSVs all consolidate in one dashboard, with cross-platform donor dedup built in. No add-on fees per platform.
- How does setup work?
- Most Islamic centers and mosques connect themselves through the in-app wizard — sign up, pick your platform, and the dashboard populates within a few minutes. If you want hands-on help, book a call and we'll do a 1-on-1 concierge setup (typically a single ~2-hour video call). Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you sign up.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes. Upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing — you'll be prorated to the new tier. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- What if it's not the right fit?
- Every paid month is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your organization cancels within 30 days of the first payment, we refund that month in full — no questions, no recovery process. The 14-day free trial sits in front of all of that.
