BetterWayIQ started inside a large Islamic center's treasury team. The treasurer needed to answer a simple question — "Are we on track this Ramadan?"— and the answer required pivoting between Neon CRM, MadinaApps kiosks, MyMasjidHub, and four bank CSVs. Every month, for eight years.

After years of building and refining the dashboard against real production workloads, we realized the same problem exists at every Islamic center and Muslim community organization in the country. No purpose-built donor analytics product exists for organizations of this size. CRMs track contacts but not outcomes. Accounting systems track dollars but not donors. Nothing connects the two across the four-to-six platforms most centers actually use.
